ENTRANCE TESTING

By appointment each Tuesday at 10:00 AM or as arranged through the admissions office.
STEPS TO ENROLLMENT - application packets are available in the admissions office.
Application for admission
$50 application fee, per student
Birth certificate
Home Language Survey
Annual Income Eligibility Survey
Baptismal certificate (Catholic applicants)
First Eucharist certificate (Catholic applicants, if applicable)

Send Request for Records and Recommendation forms to child's current school.

Schedule entrance testing through the admissions office.

Family Interview - Once the student file is complete with the above, you will be contacted to participate in a family interview including both parents and the student.

Notification of Acceptance - Following the interview, you will be notified by letter of your child's acceptance to Northwoods Catholic School. If accepted, you will receive all necessary information to complete enrollment.
